I’ve been coaching with the Knights at AZ Ice Gilbert for 12 seasons, which basically makes the rink my second home. Hockey has given me the chance to teach the game I love and watch players grow into not just great athletes, but even better people. I’ve been lucky to coach some seriously talented kids—though they’ve probably taught me just as much as I’ve taught them. At the end of the day, it’s all about the memories, the laughs, and maybe the occasional bad line change.

When I’m not optimizing content and SEO strategies, you’ll likely find me at the movies or catching a live concert. I’m a die-hard Mets and Jets fan who somehow still believes “this is our year.” I hit a workout at F45 seven days a week, and in my downtime, I love restoring old beach cruisers. Born in New York, now living in Arizona, I’ve got the travel bug and love exploring new places whenever I can. Most importantly, I’m a proud full-time dog dad who thinks four paws make life a whole lot better.
